Cancellation Policy - Registration

Requests for registration cancellation must be received in writing by the MTM 2023 Registration Secretariat (DEKON) by fax at +90 212 347 63 63, or via e-mail to [email protected]

  • Cancellations received before or on September 6, 2023 - an administrative fee of 20 Euro will be applied.
  • Cancellations received on or after September 7, 2023 - no refund

Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of MTM 2023, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
